The item doesn't fit or is different than you imagined? No problem!

Create a return through or Return Center. You will receive all necessary information when applying for your return.

  

Returns from USA, Canada and EU Countries:

 Please use our Return Center to apply a return and get all necessary information. 

After we receive your return, our team will process your return and create your refund. A refund to the original payment method may take up to 14 days, depending on the payment method.

  

Returns from all other countries:

Please enclose the return slip that was included with your order with your shipment. Since this is a shipment that is going to another customs territory, a customs declaration is required for the shipment. Please also attach the completed customs document CN22 to the outside of the package.

After we receive your return, our team will process your return and create your refund. A refund to the original payment method may take up to 14 days, depending on the payment method.

 

Return requirements

  • We accept exchanges or returns within 30 days of receipt
  • Items must be in original packaging with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions attached
  • Items must be unwashed and unused
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless our customer service department determines that we are at fault for an order error or product defect
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded
  • Products returned to us by mistake or incorrectly are the responsibility of the sender

We cannot accept a return if...

  • a returned product does not meet Rehband's return requirements
  • a return is sent to an incorrect address
  • a return occurs more than 30 days after receipt of the item without specific authorization from Rehband
  • the item has been damaged or permanently altered in any way
  • the item is damp, dirty or shows other signs of damage

Haven't received your refund yet?

Still waiting for your refund? We know this can be annoying! Depending on the courier service and the country you are returning your items from, it can sometimes take up to 14 business days (plus weekends and holidays) for the return to be delivered to our returns team and processed.

If your return is marked as delivered, be patient, our returns team is working on it! Please allow at least 7 days from receipt and acceptance of your return for your refund to be completed. However, if you would like to contact our customer service regarding your return, please include the following information with your message:

  • Proof of return postage (e.g. a receipt),
  • the tracking number,
  • your order number.

We will get back to you as soon as possible!
